Shipping Information
Domestic
Shipment processing time: Orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) with tracking. Osei en Rose ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International
International Shipping is available. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with tags. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 3 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping for Returns
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Shipping costs associated with the return or exchange will be the customer's responsibility (unless otherwise stated).
